Eric T. Oden

Eric was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended undergraduate school at The University of Texas at Austin and law school at Southern Methodist University.  While in law school, Eric worked at the school’s criminal law clinic, assisting with overflow cases from the Dallas public defender’s office, interned at the State of Texas’ Attorney General’s office, and interned at a small general practice. Eric earned his juris doctor degree, moved to Livingston, and was admitted to the State Bar of Montana in 2014. Since that time, Eric has worked negotiating contracts for a large software company, as a public defender representing clients facing criminal charges, and also at a busy general law practice representing clients in all sorts of civil and criminal matters.

Sarah Oden 

Sarah is originally from a small town in West Texas. Since moving to Montana in 2014, she has worked at the Office of The State Public Defender, at a small but busy local firm as well as for her husband’s solo practice.  Sarah has provided a full range of legal support to attorneys on over 1,000 cases over the years.
